Happy Friday Eve! How is it that the week’s you are on vacation always go so much faster than the weeks you work. This week I am creating projects with Sunset Coast Bunle to help celebrate the week with the hubs and kiddos at Gulf Shores. This week over at the Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog hop, the team are all creating projects using a Color Challenge. I used Cloud Cover, Daffodil Delight, Berry Burst & Bubble Bath.

Here is this week’s challenge:

I started by blending ink onto a 4″ x 5 1/4″ piece of Basic White cardstock using Blending Brushes. I tore a post it note slowly to create a rough edge. I adhered the Post It toward the bottom and started with Cloud Cover. ( I use a blank ink spot and Cloud Cover reinker for the ink.). I removed the post it and replaced it above the Cloud Cover to blend in the Daffodil Delight, repeating the process with Berry Burst & Bubble Bath ink.

I adhered the Basic White panel to a Bubble Bath mat. I adhered the layers to a Cloud Cover mat.

Using the sailboat die from Sunset Coast Dies, I die cut the image from a panel of Kintsugi Inspirations Patterned Paper. I placed the die cut in an area that will insure that all four colors are visible. I adhered the die cut panel to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

I stamped the sentiment from Sunset Coast Stamp Set on a strip of Basic White cardstock with Berry Burst ink. I cut a flag at the end before adhering to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

I finished off the front by add 3 gems from Moody Palette Glossy Dots.

The inside is a panel of Basic White cardstock. I stamped the sentiment from Sending Salutations Stamp Set with Berry Burst ink. I adhered the stamped panel to a Bubble Bath mat prior to adhering to the card base.

Thanks so much for hopping by! Up next is Terry Lynn.

Good news: this includes select Stampin’ Up! products!  According to state statutes, ā€œitems normally used by students in a standard classroom for educational purposesā€ are eligible.

You can find the list on the 2026 Back-to-School Tax Holiday Information handout.  The handout also includes participating states, tax-exempt products, sales tax holiday dates, and information about how these exemptions work.  Click on the image below to open the full size handout:
