Happy Friday Eve! Welcome to another week with the Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop!

This week, the team was given a color challenge, and I chose to work with Blackberry Bliss, Petal Pink, and Old Olive—such a beautiful combination!

The card front features a panel of Basic White cardstock dry embossed using the Beautiful Pattern Embossing Folder(now on the Last Chance list—grab it while you can!). I layered the embossed panel onto an Old Olive mat before adhering it to a Blackberry Bliss card base.

For the focal point, I stamped the leaves and flowers from the Paradise Garden Stamp Set in Old Olive and Petal Pink on Basic White cardstock. The images were then die cut using the coordinating dies.

A strip of Berry Burst Shiny Ribbon adds a lovely pop across the card front. I layered the die-cut flowers and leaves over the ribbon using Stampin’ Dimensionals for added depth.

The sentiment, also from the Paradise Garden Stamp Set, was stamped in Versamark ink onto Blackberry Bliss cardstock, then heat embossed with White WOW Embossing Powder. After die cutting, I adhered it to complete the design.

To finish things off, I added a few Old Olive gems from the Moody Palette Glossy Dots for just the right amount of sparkle.

The inside is panel of Basic White. I stamped the sentiment and flower with Blackberry Bliss.

Thanks so much for hopping by! Up next is Terry Lynn.
