Happy Friday Eve! Welcome to another week with the Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop Krew! This week we were challenged to create a card using a sketch. I used Stampin’ Up Lifetime of Love Stamp Set alongside Stampin’ Up Floral Delight DSP to create a birthday card.

Here is this weeks sketch challenge:

I started with a panel of gingham patterned paper from Stampin’ Up Floral Delight DSP. I die cut a circle using Stampin’ Up Stylish Shape Dies. I adhered the panel to another pattern from the DSP with liquid adhesive. I adhered the layers to an Old Olive cardbase.

I stamped a floral image from Stampin’ Up Lifetime of Love Stamp Set using Memento Tuxedo Black Ink on a piece of Basic White cardstock. I colored the image with Stampin’ Blends: Old Olive and Lemon Lolly.

I die cut the stamped image and a piece of Old Olive cardstock with Stampin’ Up Lifetime of Love Dies. I adhered each die cut to the card front with liquid adhesive and Stampin’ Dimensionals.

I stamped the birthday sentiment from Stampin’ Up Round We Got Stamp Set using Old Olive ink on a piece of Basic White cardstock. I adhered the sentiment to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
I finished the card front off with a few gems from Stampin’ Up Opal Rounds.

The inside is a panel of Basic White cardstock with a strip of DSP at the bottom prior to adhering to the cardbase.
