This month, Amy’s Inkin’ Krew were challenge to create cards celebrating “birthdays.” My card uses the upcoming stamp set, Stampin’ Up Arched Wishes. I paired with with Stampin’ Up Everyday Arches Dies. I got the color combo from the current TGIF challenge.

Here is the TGIF challenge:

The card front is a panel of Smoky Slate card stock. I stamped the confetti image from Stampin’ Up Arched Wishes Stamp Set using Versamark Ink in random fashion. I adhered the panel to a Real Red mat.

I die cut a piece of Real Red cardstock with the fourth largest arch from Stampin’ Up Everyday Arches Dies. I stamped the sentiment with VersaMark Ink on the arch. I heat embossed the sentiment with white WOW Embossing Powder using a heat tool. I stamped the star lines VersaMark Ink. I heat embossed silver WOW Embossing Powder with a heat tool.

I stamped the cupcake from Stampin’ Up Arched Wishes Stamp Set with Memento Tuxedo Black Ink. I colored the image with Stampin’ Blends: Smoky Slate, Real Read and Bubble Bath. I fussy cut the image with Paper Snips. I adhered the cupcake to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

I adhered the arch to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals. I adhered the card front to a Bubble Bath card base with Stampin’ Dimensionals. I added 2 gems from the upcoming Stampin’ Up Starburst Sequins.

The inside is panel of Basic White card stock. I stamped streamers from Stampin’ Up Arched Wishes Stamp Set with Bubble Bath ink a couple of times. I stamped the sentiment with Real Red ink. I adhered the stamped panel to a Real Red mat before adhering to the card base.
