Today is Amy’s Inkin’ Krew Blog Hop and we were all challenged to create a papercrafting project celebrating Halloween. I created these adorable treat boxes using Stampin’ Up Spooky Halloween Bundle alongside Stampin’ Up Spooky Sweet DSP.

I started with a 5″ x 6″ piece of Stampin’ Up Spooky Halloween DSP. I scored 1″ on the 5″ side and turned the paper one time or 90°. I scored along the 6″ side at 1″, 2 3/4″, 3 3/4″ and 5 1/2″. I folded along the score lines folding end each time.

I snipped the bottom along the score line up to the 1″ score line as show above.

I used a strip of Tear Tape along the one inch side on the 5″ side and folded to create a box. I folded in the small flaps on the bottom to create the box.

I punched holes at the top and insert a piece of Stampin’ Up Petunia Pop Iridescent Ribbon into the holes and tie a bow.

I stamped the trick or treater from Stampin’ Up Spooky Halloween Stamp Set with Memento Tuxedo Black Ink on a piece of Basic White card stock. I colored the image with Stampin’ Blends: Lemon Lime Twist, Timid Tiger, Petunia Pop & Crumb Cake. I die cut the image.

I stamped the sentiment from Stampin’ Up Fright Night Stamp Set using Memento Tuxedo Black Ink on a strip of Basic White cardstock. I die cut the image with the coordinating dies. I die cut bats from Basic Black with Stampin’ Up Spooky Halloween Dies.

I adhered the die cuts to the box front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

Thanks so much for hopping by! Up next is Karen Finkle.
