Happy Friday Eve! Welcome to another week with the Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop! This week, the team was challenge to create a card using a sketch. I pulled out Stampin’ Up Alpine Winter Suite. I’ve had this set for awhile however I just started using it and it is perfect for winter cards!

Here is this week’s sketch:

I started with a panel of Stampin’ Up Alpine Winter DSP. I adhered the plaid panel to a Misty Moonlight mat for the card front. I die cut a panel of Misty Moonlight with Stampin’ Up Dreamy Snowflake Embossing Folder and adhered it to a Peaceful Pine mat.

I die cut a piece of Peaceful Pine with the large banner die from Stampin’ Up Stylish Shapes (did you see it is currently on sale.) I cut the die cut in half and adhered it to the back. I adhered the embossed layers to the card front with Stampin Dimensionals.

I die cut a piece of Pecan Pie with Stampin’ Up Winter Adventures Dies. I adhered them to the card front with liquid adhesive.

I stamped the pinecone/leaf with Peaceful Pine ink and the bow with Cherry Cobbler on a piece of Basic Beige. I die cut the images with the coordinating dies.

I stamped the sentiment from Stampin’ Up Winter Adventures Stamp Set with Misty Moonlight Ink on a strip of Basic Beige. I die cut the sentiment with Stampin’ Up Noel Tidings Dies. I adhered the sentiment to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

I finished off the front of the card with a few gems from Stampin’ Up Adhesvie-Backed Snowflakes.

The inside is a panel of Basic Beige. I stamped the sentiment from Winter Adventures Stamp Set with Misty Moonlight ink. I added a snow shoe in the corner. I adhered the stamped panel to a Misty Moonlight mat prior to adhering to a Crumb Cake card base.
